Estepona's Summer Fair will take place from Tuesday, 6th July until Sunday the 11th July. There will numerous activities and events in the town and in the fairground just off the motorway (where the Wednesday market is held).

Estepona celebrates its Patron Saint San Isidro Labrador this week with a programme of events beginning on Wednesday, 12th of May. San Isidro's Day is on Saturday, 15th May and is a local holiday in Estepona.

Estepona Town centre plays host to this year's Medieval Market from 11th to 13th June.
Calle Real and Plaza de las Flores are transported back to the Middle Ages with traditional entertainment, crafts and products for sale such as food, drink, clothing, etc.
The inauguration is at 8 pm on Friday, 11th June and the market will be open mornings and evenings until Sunday, 13th June. |

Estepona Port hosts its first Medieval Market starting this evening, Thursday, 6th May, from 7 pm, and continuing over the next couple of days, culminating in a firework spectacular on Saturday at 10 pm.

The resurfacing works in Estepona, scheduled for before Christmas but postponed due to the torrential rains, will go ahead in the New Year from the 6th to the 9th January. The works, which affect Avenida del Carmen between the lighthouse roundabout and the Shell petrol station roundabout to the west of the town. The project is divided into three phases during which certain sections of the road will be closed to traffic between 9 pm and 7 am. 1st Phase (night of the 6th and 7th January) - From the Glorieta del Faro (Lighthouse roundabout) until the roundabout opposite the Belgravia urbanisation. 2nd Phase (night of the 7th and 8th January) - From the Urb. Belgravia roundabout to the Seghers roundabout (by the local police station). 3rd Phase (night of the 8th and 9th January) - From the Seghers roundabout to the Shell petrol station roundabout). Urbanisations directly affected by these road closures include: In the Cadiz direction: Ronda en el Mar, Kai-Alde y Punta Doncella. In the Malaga direction: Puerto Paraiso, Residencial Puerto Estepona, Belgravia, Edificio Pinacho, Edf. El Coral, Marina Bay, Bermeja Beach, Riviera Andaluza Veramar, Hotel H-10, Shell petrol station and various other properties. Residents are advised to ensure that vehicles should be parked away from the area of works if required during the period of closure. |

Estepona's Foreign Residents Association, AREME, will be holding its annual general meeting on Monday, 26th April at 11 for 11.30 am. The meeting will be held in the Salon de Prensa on the first floor of the Padre Manuel Cultural Centre in Estepona.

Everyone joined in the fun as the Estepona/Sotogrande Chapter of The American Club Costa Del Sol enjoyed American Halloween - Hollywood Style. Some 50 Members came in fancy dress as Hollywood Stars of Past & Present. The venue was filled to capacity by Members & Guests who came from near and far to enjoy welcoming cava, glamorous "Hollywood" company, delicous food, & Alberto's music that kept us dancing through the night.
